Canadian Territories – 7 to 9 business days – $25 per order

Your order will be processed within 2 business days once your product order is confirmed. An email confirmation is sent once your package has been shipped with your courier and tracking information.


Your order is shipped by courier and can take up to 4-9 business days depending on where you live. Sometime couriers run behind and it can take longer. We always send your tracking information to you so you can track where your package is. Please note that shipping can be delayed during high peak times such as the holiday season.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our ‘Contact‘ tab, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;


Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.


The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.
If you contact us via our ‘Contact‘ page please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.


PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for Australian Gold products that were purchased from other retailers. Products only purchased through may be authorized for replacement. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
